ALTuniverse was born from a big bang between passion for creating art and commitment to a better world. We're currently offering event and media production services in Portland, Oregon.

We believe that events and media have the power to alter both our imagination for the world and our experiences within it. Further, we believe this power can be used responsibly and for the betterment of our communities!

With this in mind, our mission is to advance the visual arts and organizations who aim to make a positive difference in our communities while centering those communities with compassion and authentic care.

In a world so full of aggressive marketing that preys on people and sees them only as data, our vision is to build a thriving, authentic place for organizations, artists, and community members to forge the kinds of connections that make a lasting difference. We do this through media and event production services that provide a unique and person-first experience while being rooted in community care.

Through our services, we also assert our right to actively participate in and co-create a better world; an alternate universe, if you will. Here, we promote joy and connection along with your organization.

I'm Riie Altman, a producer, organizer, and host, who specializes in crafting events and media that leave a lasting impression.

As a fellow creative, business owner, and community-centered leader, I understand the powerful impact of creative visions that come to life. Done well, the right event or story can have positive and expansive effects on our communities and the organizations within them.
