ALTuniverse was born from a big bang between passion for creating art and commitment to a better world. We're currently offering boutique event and media production services in Portland, Oregon.

We believe that events and media have the power to alter both our imagination for the world and our experiences within it. Further, we believe this power can be used responsibly and for the betterment of our communities!

With this in mind, our mission is to advance the visual arts with media and experiences that make people feel seen and connected enough to take action.

In a world so full of aggressive marketing that preys on people and sees them only as data, our vision is to build a thriving, authentic place for organizations, artists, and community members to forge the kinds of connections that make a lasting difference. We do this through a range of media and event production services that provide a unique and human-first experience. ALTuniverse best serves artists and organizations that make a positive difference in our communities, and we aim to center those communities with compassion and authentic care.

Through our services, we also assert our right to actively participate in and co-create a better world; an alternate universe, if you will. Here, we promote joy and connection along with your organization.

I'm Riie Altman, a producer, organizer, and host, who specializes in crafting events and media that leave a lasting impression.
